The staff members were respectful and there were countless staff members around daily. the breakfasts at the resort were particularly good and marvellous. - Our deluxe king room was enjoyable. - the pool area was nice. - the location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from restaurants, shops, and the beach.

The staff were respectful and the setting was particularly good and excellent. Enjoyed staying at the deluxe king room with toilet, WiFi, a perfect view to constructions. The service was EXCEPTIONAL, that made the hotel pleasant place.

The Phuket Orchid Resort And Spa in Karon is a fantastic place to stay. the hotel is clean and the staff is very attentive and helpful, making it the best base for vacation. the rooms are well-maintained and neat, and the breakfasts are absolutely marvelous. Checking in and out is a breeze, with a fast process and the option for a late check-out. To top it off, they offer free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

None, we stayed only one night and moved to JW Marriott. Food was bad , even a mixing drink was bad. Never go back there.

I took a deluxe king room with lovely terrace, a perfect view to constructions, WiFi. The service was good during all my very very good stay. The pool on the premises was nice. Location: the hotel was next to nice restaurants as well as a beautiful beach and many quality restaurants.

The restaurant here is great for lunch with excellent dishes, and the bed provided is exceptionally comfortable compared to other 4-star hotels.

Good swimming pool and close access to beach.

Housekeeping was atrocious - no toilet paper, no shower gel, no shampoo.

This is an excellent hotel for a family stay. The kid's pool is a big plus and the location at Karon is spared, so far, from the concrete of Patong. The 5 five pools are nice. The free parking allows for car parking.

The food is the major minus of this hotel. The food choice is extremely limited, not good and grossely overpriced. This forces to eat outside and the restaurants are catered to group tours and therefore tasteless.

The hotel was ideal and had very helpful staff. the room with climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV was extremely pleasant. - the location by a lazy river was particularly good and incredible. - the view was particularly nice. - We recommend this property.

Stayed at this hotel with a 75% discount off the room rate. I rate this hotel as being one of the best I have ever stayed at anywhere It has everything you would expect of a large top class hotel. The discount made this outstanding value.There are several pools, gymnasium etc and the grounds are great to walk around. It is situated almost on Karan beach and very close to several bars, shops and restaurants. We ate in the hotel restaurant and found this to be very good and not overpriced.I Cannot recommend this hotel enough and was very impressed.

Karan beach is a quiet beach so if you want water sport action and something more lively then Patong beach would be a better option, but for a quiet break this hotel is ideal. Umbrellas available for the rainy season would be a worthwhile investment as other hotels do provide them. Found little in walking distance for entertainment other than small bars so you will need to use the available transport. Far more to see and do at Patong beach.
